The school was established in September 1996.by late chief Godwin,E.Madueke.it took off at its commencement CAMPUS, No 34 Old Aba Road ,Rumukwurushi, Port-Harcourt. Forsake of the high standard it determined to pursue and achieve, it admitted only JSS1 students and nurture them till SS3 ,and the first set of student wrote the WAEC and NECO the 2001/2002 school session.
The school is now located at its permanent modern CAMPUS (place of excellence), no 410 Port Harcourt/Aba Express Way, Eleme junction, Port Harcourt.
The school has maintained 100% quality performance in all her external exams till date.
At her performance in all her site, you simply see a CAMPUS with modern classrooms, modern hostel facilities, 24 hours water supply, stand by generators to complement PHCN electricity supply , well stock and functional library, well,equipped physics, chemistry, biology and agric laboratories.
The school also has an ICT center where the students have their practical computer training. The school was the first to introduce computer education in its curriculum in the state. The school is one of the first to set-up and maintain its own website.
